Instead, you should focus on developing core confidence, which is independent of external factors. This involves identifying and letting go of the limiting beliefs and negative emotions that are holding you back. These beliefs and emotions are often rooted in past trauma or negative experiences.
Here are some steps to become more confident by letting go:

You will also be less reactive to triggers and more able to express yourself authentically. Ultimately, letting go is about becoming more whole and integrated, and accepting yourself for who you are.
